The process of keeping this balance is a dynamic one in which individuals, groups and families must make a conscious and deliberate effort to improve all aspects of their lives. This tendency being increased by the complexity of modern lifestyles. Sometimes to achieve this a professional service may be necessary in order to restore a balance in social systems since all systems have a natural tendency towards disequilibrium.
